Nikita is a Chartered Accountant and an entrepreneur several times over with two decades of experience in the education, manufacturing, finance, real estate and pharma sectors.
Her passion is mentoring; inspiring people to build and create value with innovative business ventures. Nikita believes in enabling entrepreneurial visions with the groundwork necessary to fuel businesses across sectors. Her operational experience across domains and deep relationships within the industry are rich resources for would-be entrepreneurs.

Nikita feels strongly about social impact and sustainable business practices. She has skilled 2,000 underprivileged women and absorbed them into the workforce. In her spare time Nikita dabbles in photography and enjoys spending time with her family.
